The hotel was a lovely two-night stay in a very comfortable room. The service was top-notch with staff being pleasant, helpful, and even offering healthy and balanced meal options. The location was excellent for exploring small towns, dining, and enjoying outdoor activities, right beside shopping outlets and a park for kids. The dining experience was enjoyable with a large selection of homemade foods. However, some improvements are needed towards the end of service. The facilities were excellent, offering a range of amenities for a pleasant stay.
The hotel offers a beautiful view of Mount Bromont from spacious and comfortable rooms. It was quiet and clean throughout, but unfortunately, I couldn't open any windows. The location is great for exploring the lovely village trail in the Eastern Townships of Quebec and is close to shopping and restaurants.

However, the room was not ideal as it was warm, the ventilation was noisy, and the curtain kept moving all night. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were instances of dust in the room. The dining experience was lovely, but there was a lack of bathroom mats provided. Overall, a mix of good and not-so-perfect aspects.
